This privacy policy sets out how Beyotta Network LLP uses and protects the information you provide to Beyotta Network LLP when using this website, products and services offered by Beyotta Network LLP (hereafter "Beyotta"). This policy refers to Beyotta as "we", "us" or "ours".

Beyotta is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the collected information.

    Cookies.
    A cookie is small file containing bits of electronic information that be transferred to a user's hard drive to customize a person's usage of a website, product or service; keep records of a user's access to a website, product or service; or store information needed by the user on a regular basis. Beyotta does use cookies on our websites that we offered as a medium to improve the user experience. Beyotta also utilizes cookies in tracking page traffic statistics such as hits, visits and conversion time. We use this information for analytical purposes only.

  9. CHOICE OF INFORMATION CONTROL

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information either (a) whenever you are asked to fill a form on the website, look for the option where you can deselect to indicate that you do want the information to be used for marketing purposes, or (b) change the preference options at your account page.

  11. EUROPEAN UNION'S GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
  12. We take our obligation to protect your data very seriously. We are compliant with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), however we might not be fully compliant with the European Union's GDPR. Hence please note that if you agree to our privacy policy, you are also freeing us from all responsibilities in fulfilling rules or regulations defined in GDPR, and acknowledging that you will idemnify us should any complications arise due to GDPR. If you do not agree with our privacy policy, please do not use our products or services.
